Enrolment & Tuition Fees

A non-refundable registration fee of 65 EUR + 100% course price is payable at the time of enrolment. Booking is valid within 1 calendar year. Any bank charges are payable by the Student. All fees must be paid in advance of the tuition.

Tuition process

The School reserves the right to appoint and rotate teachers. Tuition time/date may be changed in advance with a written notification (subject to availability of teaching staff) or through direct negotiation with the Teacher. The lessons mainly can take place within GMT+3 time frame, which means that no lessons are possible earlier than at 8 a.m GMT+3 and later than at 10 p.m GMT+3. If a school receives the notification about the private lesson cancellation less than 4 hours before the start, the lesson is considered as conducted and won’t be reimbursed. Punctual arrival is the Student’s responsibility. The School will not extend the teaching time due to the late arrival of the student. One lesson lasts 45 minutes (1 academic hour). The School reserves the right to change teachers or schedule due to unpredictable circumstances upon the agreement with the student.

Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds can be made after the course has been booked. In case of a genuine personal emergency, the Student will receive a course voucher for the time remaining after the approval of the School principal and will be able to continue her/his studies later or resell the course to another person. The school reserves the right to exclude the student without refund in case of inappropriate behavior (unethical and demanding expressions, unreasonable complaints about teachers, constant cancellation of the lessons without notifications, etc.).
